ERROR burning some AVI/Divx2VCD with Nero

I'm trying to burn a VCD with the NERO.
Some files are working just fine and with some, I get the error: "nero.exe has encounterd an error and needs to be closed"
You probably know this annoing error.
It happens while analyizing the file after I drag it to the burning window....
I also checked that it is set to the right format befor dragging the file(PAL/NTSC).
When I tried the easy CD creator Roxio 6 it didnt let me any of the file, even those that worked on nero, it says it dosen't know the format or something like that....

Any help will be blessed.

1) Load the original video file into VirtualDub (or one of its many variants) or NanDub

2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (BOTH video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box
