merging audio

I have the Wizard of Oz on DVD, and I have Dark Side of the Moon on cd. Assuming I rip both to my HD (which I am perfectly capable of) is there a way I can dub the Dark Side of the Moon into the audio track of the movie without getting rid of the original audio?
