Nandub slanting my piccies

I did the DVD2AVI->Vfapi->nandub drill but the final output had video slanted sideways at a good 30 degrees. While some of the movies I've processed with nandub have turned out fine, this is the second movie that's turned out this way.

I did use the null transform filter in nandub to crop the edges.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Is your cropping in multiples of 8 pixels? If not, this could be the root of your problem...
