    Xvid To DVD Questions

I'm sure newb posts are most annoying, but if someone could point me in the right direction it would be most appreciated.

I'm having trouble converting Xvid files to DVD. Anybody have any suggestions of what software is best suited for doing so?

There are several ways. One way is to get a copy of TMPGEnc, which is available for a 30-day free trial, and load your XviD encoded AVI into that, and then use one of the wizards to convert it into a DVD compatible MPEG-2. Then you can use a DVD authoring program to convert that into DVD structure for burning. There are guides on these forums if you surf around for them.
