Tipped over problem!!

Hi

I'm trying to encoding divx but when i flask vobs the output is a tipped over divx. Now, this is not the first time i encode a divx, cause a did it several times about two motnhs ago ... lemme descript what are the changes since two months ago:

- My video card: before it was a voodoo3 3000, now it is a radeon 7500
- My OS: before it was Windows 2000, now it is Windows XP
- Software: i used same programs [flaskmpeg, virtualdub ...] but divx codec is 4.12 instead 4.02. Anyway, i tryied also to encode the divx with 3.11 codec, and the output is the same >

got any ideas?

anyway i mean that the image is rotated by 180 degrees ...

If you feel comfortable making changes to your Registry, do the following:

Run Regedit.exe and find

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Scrunch\WMVid eo\Vertical Flip Packed YUV

and then set the DWORD value of this registry key to 1.

if it can be useful i've exactly this path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Scrunch\

and here there's only a directory named video >

i've also searched for something similar ... but nothing >

You've reversed the setting of a flag, so that it "flips" a "flipped" video under Winodws Media Player (and perhaps other players)...
