    Help with capturing tv

I have an ATI TV Wonder Pro, which I am trying to capture video on.

I'm using the Xvid codec for the video, which results in good video, but I would like to get MP3 audio with it. There is an option for MP3 audio, but it doesn't allow me to select which bitrate to use.

Can you guys help suggest what to install, or another program to use for capturing besides the included ATI one?

    Thanks....

I did try that, but vitual dub doesn't allow me to change the channels. It only stays on channel 4.
