Advice for Corporate DVD to CD ?

Hello! My company does mostly corporate videos. Occasionally, a client asks for DVD to CD conversion so the employees can watch the video at their separate workstations which do not have a DVD drive but only a CD drive. It might be a training video or sales video. Can you please recommend the best solution for us because we are not TOTAL experts in this DivX world.
