Adding a link to the end of the movie

Hey boys/girls

I am looking for a fast and easy way to add 2-3 sec of TEXT in the end of a small movie clip in MPG format.
I am going to have few mpgs that I will need to add a text : Press here to enter the website .

What program I need? There is any good program I can use?

- I don't have any expirience with Video-editting....

Are you talking about just text or an actual link? MPG Videos can't have embedded links... It's just not part of the format. If you wanted to flash a URL at the end, that's certainly feasible.
