i downloaded a movie in avi file that has 12,500 fps and Cinema Craft Encoder can't open it becouse of that...
u see i want to make a DVD out of it and since i can't use TmpgEnc becouse i have a error in it i must usequestion Goardian Knot and Cinema Craft, but any other program that you suggest will be ok as long as it works
so, my question is: HOW TO CHANGE FRAME RATE OF AVI MOVIE FILE???
i have try "avi frame changer" but than the movie is to fast, so im opened to any suggestions
