I want to exclude certain scenes:(PLEASE HELP CAN"T DO IT

I am trying to rip the SImpsons season 4 the first cd and it has some scenes inside the episodes with the commentator or stories that interfere with the episode.I want to exclude them so i get a clear episode I found some clue with the angles.Tried to use dvd decrypter and smart ripper but i don't know how to do this Please help me on how to exclude these scenes and also how can i find out wich angles should be excluded.Thanks to all

after ripping with dvd decrypter or smart ripper just use DVD shrink to re-author the files
