Tmpgenc xpress audio overestimating problem

Hi to everybody, i've been using tmpgenc for a long time to convert divx into mpeg1 (videocd). Some days ago i've decided to try the new tmpgenc xpress 3 and i noticed that with some divx it overestimate audio...it doubles the lenght.
I had no problems in converting those divx with tmpgenc (standard), so what's the problem with tmpgenc xpress?
