change divx display size (aspect ratio)

I would like to ask your help in finding a freeware to change the size of my existing DivX files. I want to save them in a format of 320 by 240. Which software is the best for it and free? How long does it usually take to complete the procedure?

Use VirtualDub's resize filter...
