Does anyone here have an ipaq HP HX4700 pocket PC?
I am using beta player to view movies and the movies look fantastic.
My question is, would it be better to encode the movies with 2000 kbit/sec rate or 1500, or 1000?
When I encode it in 2000 kbit/sec rate, it looks fantastic on the PPC but the files are huge. Is there a way to use 1500 or 1000 with the same video quality as the 2000 kbit/sec rate?
