Mpeg-2 to vob

I wasnt sure exactly where to put this question so I am doing it here. Well I know i can take a divx movie and make it an mpeg 2 stream. Ok from there I want to be able to convert to a vob stream so i can burn to dvd-r and have it play on my dvd player and on my ps2. How would this be possible? If anyone could suggest a site or has the knowledge themselves and could recommend some programs and methods that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Use the TMPGENC v2.5x DVD templates to convert it then use a DVD-R software to burn it as DVD and it will be readable on a standalone DVD player but I dunno about a PS2
