Raise Volume of PCM audio w/ vDub or WM8?

hi all... ok, i am on my way. the new issue that has arisen however is that the volume is too low in the captured media... i am currently processing the video w/ vDub and outputting raw RGM and PCM audio for encoding w/ WM8Util, is there any fairly easy way i can raise the volume of the PCM audio somewhere between these tools? any setting sor plugins w/ vDub perhaps? thx all..
