    "When i join the avi with the original wav file everything 's fine."

    If this is the case, why don't you simply use VirtualDub as follows:

    1) From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "No audio". Load your silent .AVI

    2) From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "WAV audio" and load your .WAV file

    3) Set "Video" to "Direct Stream Copying"

    4) Set "Audio" to "Full Processing Mode"

    5) From the "Audio" dropdown menu, select "Compression" and choose the MP3 settings that are to your liking

    6) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "Save as AVI" and enter a new filename

    Let us know of your success ;>}
