Conversion stops at 53%

I am trying to convert a FOB File to Divx and have tried both Version 0.594 and 0.6 both appear to work well but stop at 53% - 43 Minutes into the Movie . The FOB is 3810 Mb in size and is on my HDD.
Even telling it to create a new file after 2400 seconds didn't work.
The resulting files are fine but I cannot figure out how to finish the job.

Any Ideas?

Sorry I meant a VOB file

Try to rip the DVD with Smartripper and deactivate File Splitting max filesize. Instead choose "every VOB file" (in the settings menu).
If you are ripping with these settings it should work right.

Are you possibly running out of space on your hard drive?

Sorry I tried Ripping the DVD again with DVD Decrypter and the conversion seemed to go OK, I'll know in a couple of hours...

Sorry after all that it seems that the first attempt at Ripping with SmartRipper produced a dud. The second attempt with DVD decrypter worked OK and I got a good conversion to Divx although I still haven't been able to work out the 2 pass thing.

If you want a good quality divx with an easy program that handles two pass almost automaticly you shuld try GordianKnot. I never have had any problem with it. You can read my guide (link under the text) to see if it works out fin.

53% of 3810 MB seems to be exactly 2 GB. I think that your OS or Flask dosn't support more than 2 GB per file. Ripp the movie in smaller parts or change your software/OS.
