    CoolEdit

I ripped Goldfinger (James Bond) again the movie and audio are good but not in sync. I found a program AVI information. With this program I can change the framerate of the movie to match the audio. Now my movie has a framerate of 25.002fps and the audio is in sync. The guide also told that CooEdit could stretch the audio. The stretched audio could then be joined with the video file (at 25.000fps) but the software doesn't work. The audio is out of sync.

So why the concern about what you can or cannot accomplish with CoolEdit?
