Problem loading 20fps video in TMPGEnc

I can't seem to open any AVI files that are encoded at 20fps. All standard fps (e.g. 23.976, 29.97, 25) work prefectly.

The error message says, "[20fps filename] can't open or is unsupported". Do I need something to open these files??

    Thanks,
    Joe

Is this somehow a different question than your other post (in the VCD section) that I've already responded to in great detail?

I replied to this question on the TMPGENC supportbbs, please take a look at it.

      If you cannot be bothered:

increase the avi vfw and the avi opendml filters to a higehr priorty in the environment settings

I tried increasing the priority within TMPGEnc, but no luck. I'll try the longer method now...
