Converting VCD w/TMPGENC

I am trying to convert avi file w/12.5fps to VCD. The usual ones are 23.976fps for NTSCfilm and 29.9 for NTS and 25fps for PAL. Does anybody know how to convert the files they are not standard VCD in TMPGEnc templates.

yeh.

load the vcd temp

load the avi

don't encode

load the unlock.mcf template.

change the frame rate

encode and burn!!!

I hope u ment that if there is a way to change the frame rate for VCD video's.

If not, just load the unlock.mcf temp and change the settings to what u want!
