more sync stuff

Here's a fun one. I ripped True Lies and at the begining and end of the movie, the audio and video are in perfect sync, but in the middle, the video plays before the audio. Any ideas?

oh, yeah. i should point out that im creating the avi and mp3 seperately and then joining them in nandub...
