Xmpeg 4.5 error when starting conversion

I have Xmpeg 4.31a and 4.5. With both versions i get a message when i click on "start conversion".

message:
An error ocurred when trying to generate the file.
check that you're not using the output file or the progrma is setup correctly.

i tried everything but i can't start the conversion.

could it be the movie? (American pie 1)

When i uninstall the radium mp3 codec xmpeg does work but i can only selec a max. of 56 kbps but i want more 128 kbps or 192 kbps. what can i do or are there more mp3 codecs who does not have that problem with Xmpeg.
