How To Rip CC Subtitles?

Is there any way for ripping the CC (Close Captioned) Subtitles. Some R1 DVD's doesn't have English DVD subtitles but English CC subtitles. Is there any software that rips them?

Very simple...

Use a capture card and connect it to DVD Player with CC (actually subtitles) on.
