to the people who own those expensive video edit/capture cards (for example: Pinnacle videoedit cards - they go up to $800): do these cards make the encoding time shorter and if so how much?
no, they make it worse! - the encoding/editing time is about 4 weeks more than what you would do with DIVX! DIVX is better, no need to buy all the expensive hardware.
