Help Me Please

I downloaded a movie, and a lot of codecs, but I only hear sound! The movies is about 2 hours long but when I only hear the sound I says: 11 hours! when I play it with The Playa, the sound is incorrect, I want to play it on mediaplayer. Which codec do I need?

Try using the DivX codec (get it from here).

If that does not work, open the file in Virtualdub and post its File Information here.
