Movie plays in preview window but wont play on wmp.

I just downloaded a movie from kazaa and able to see & hear the movie from its preview window.When i try to play from wmp,it gives me a error 80040218(Cannot open C:\program files\kazaa\my shared folder\bad company.avi.Please verify the path and file name are correct and try again.Any one have this problem.It seems like every movie i download has a problem.By the way i have the correct codec for this file mp3 for the audio file.

Try closing Kazaa and play the file once again. It is likely the program is (somehow) stopping other programs from accessing the said file.

p.s. Is the file complete? Or is it only partially downloaded?

the file is complete and i have tried playing right after a restart and also closing programs like kazaa.it wont play on kazaa either,I notice it played on real player but not as clear as in the preview.any help thanx.
