How can i play divx(.avi) files with QuickTime 6 on Windows?

I can play the files with WMP, with the filters: Default DirectSound Device, DivX Decoder Filter, MPEG Layer-3 Decoder and Video Renderer. While I can't play them with QuickTime, there is only sound but no video. How can I handle this problem? What filters or codecs is needed?

Why would you want to use Quicktime to play DivX videos anyway? I'm sure there are other players out there that will have better appeal and versatility.
