"Melt" into pixels

[iron2000]

Just downloaded one divx movies and when I move the slider to fast forward the picture sort of "melt" into pixels(not fine pixels).

I have other movies that "pixelise" when the postprocessing is too high.

This only occurs to some divx files.



What can I do to fix this problem?
