Hi all. I have a problem with the audio when I play DIVX (or XVID). Heres my setup : I run my ti500 out to my TV through S-VIDEO, and run the audio out of my Klipsch 4.1's to the stereo input of my TV (I have a regular SB Live! card, by the way). I do this so I dont wake up the neighbors when I watch movies at night, as the Klipsch's are rather loud. Anyways, when I have the audio going to my television, the surround is WAY louder than the center channel. For example, when theres a scene with alot of talking. I have to turn it up just to make out the words, but when action happens, like in a war movie, the surround is SO loud that I have to turn it down, then cant hear the voices! I'm pretty sure I am current with my codecs, and dont think that is the problem. Is there some utility out there that will let me adjust the center volume and the surround volume independantly, or some kind of program that will decode the 5.1 to regular 2 channel stereo?
Thanks in advance,
Matt Urness
