    New FXP, Internal cam, SVCD

I have tried to view some files with ATI multimedia, Windows Media Player, and Divx 2.0 and have no success with any of them. Can anyone tell me what will work, all have one of the above notations in the name. Is it possible to burn a vcd from the above? (my stand alone DVD wont play SVCD's) I know what SVCD is but dont know what New FXP and Internal Cam is. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Here's a "quick and dirty" method to convert SVCDs to VCDs:

    Use TMPGEnc as follows:

    File>>MPEGTools>>Simple Multiplex

    Load your SVCD file

    Change mode to "MPEG1-VideoCD"

Enter a new filename in the "Output" box

    Press the "Run" radio button

(Do not be concerned about any "Buffer underflow" messages you may see)

Burn (DO NOT ask burning software, such as NERO to CONVERT to VCD, rather merely BURN as a VCD)

      Illegal Stream Format

I gave it a try but when I run TMPGEnc and try to load my file in the" types of file window" it doesnt show up. When I change the format to "All Files" instead of "TMPGEnc Project(.tpr)" I can then see my file, however when I try to load it into TMPGEnc I get the error message "Illegal Stream Format". Am I missing something?
