The picture jumps up/down... Why?

I have a very annoying problem. When I look at divx movies on my TV the picture jumps up and down one or two pixels about 1 time/sec. It appears only on the TV, not on the monitor. The strang thing is that it only appears when it's pretty much movements in the film.
I have a GeForce2 MX/MX 400 with TV out with latest drivers from Nvidia, but I have tried several ver of video drivers, and codecs. Uses WinXP.

Have you tried using TVTOOL?

Yes, both TVTool (several versions) and the function in Nvidia's driver.
