Subtitles collision fix?

In some subtitles they appear over each other - A subtitle is shown before the previous is ordered to disappear. Is it possible to fix with Time Adjuster? Or is there some other tools that does it?

It really pisses me off... Especially when my player insists showing colliding subtitles together.
