WMP 6.4 problem

I uninstalled the Nimo codec pack and installed the K-lite instead. To see if I get "less blocky" video from my downloaded movies, I tried goin to mplayer2.exe. Well, the videos play fine, if not the same quality, but the video images tend to freeze when I jump throughout the video. Any reason why?

Use FFDShow as an alternative decoder for your movies and see whether the freezes are gone...
