wmp,gspot and others freeze up with this file

got a movie off sharereactor so it shud be ok.. but it the program will freeze if i try to use tmpgenc, wmp, or gspot. i opened it in virtualdub and was able to move the video out so that was no problem but if i try to reencode the audio it says "audio decompressor not found" i have ffdshow and never really had a problem like this before.. i also have ac3 filter installed... heres a picture.
