Multi-lingual playback sought

I am looking for software that can play back more than one language on a DVD at the same time. Ideally, I would like to put mono English on the left speaker and mono French on the other, but if I cant find that, I will consider installing a second sound card.

Thank you for any pointers to software or to other places to look for software, or to a name for the functionality I am looking for.

I have no solution for you here, but I can at least give you a warning. I doubt getting a second soundcard will solve it since Windows will still default to using only one sound adapter.
