wmp6 and screensaver

I had a problem playing divx all of a sudden with some movies. The problem was slow playback and especially slow sound. I tried to play it with playa and lost my sound. since powerdvd did play ok (but scaling is rotten) I figured it wasn't the file.

So i tried wmp6 from the normal xp instal. This works great ! BUT ... Now I got the problem that my screen saver is coming on after 3 minutes. Anyone know a trick to supress this for this version of media player ?

Permanently turn off your screensaver - it's obsolete technology anyway (unless you just like that sort of thing)...

It's just turning to black for seti@home to calculate. pretty obsolete indeed but it's been running for years now, just some sort of habit I guess.

Nah the thing is we started it once and we had some kind of competition but most of the people quit.
My computer is on all the time so why not help berkeley out..
