Formatted ... need help reinstalling audio

I moved and my computer basically decided to take a vacation...

I managed to get everything back online, however I lost much of the audio codecs and downloaded the DivX 3.11 Alpha and 4.x ...

for 3.11 Alpha where do you put the files?

All I have is a zip but no installation or instructions...

Unzip the files -> double-click on Register_DivX.exe file -> follow the instructions.
