watching divx on public computers w/o codec

does anyone know if theres a divx player with a built-in codec that doesn't need to be installed on a system? i'm trying to play divx movies on library computers, but they're windows nt systems with limited privileges, and i can't install the codec. is there any way i can either install a codec locally in a directory or install a player that has divx decoding capabilities built into the software?
