Apex 1600 able to play Divx???

I don't think the player is widely available yet. But on the features list, they have Windows Media Player as a feature. Are they refering to WMA compatible?

Then I read on VCDhelp, some guy claiming he can play AVI files by changing the name to dat or mpg. He specificly mentions Spiderman.avi. I assume he's refering to divx format.
