BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I purchased DVDCloner in December. The only instructions for this product are listed at their website as FAQs. I was never able to get it to work with Windows ME or Windows XP. I requested a refund on December 20th and received an e-mail stating that it would be sent within a month. To date I have received no refund and cannot get an answer to any of my e-mails. There is no address or telephone number, or company name listed for this product. No way to contact them to address problem except by e-mail that they don't answer.

I also had the same problem not one should ever deel with them.

I think that you should keep at it even drag them to the bitter end. Get even with them.
