dvd to cd-r discs conversion

I want to know is there any programs that will allow me to take a dvd and burn it on a cd-r drive and be able to play it in dvd's

You can make a vcd wich is Mpeg and fits on two disks, bbut there is just a video. A mini DVD is a bunch of cds with all the features and evertything on the dvd. But no eitherway you can do it you jsut have to know how. and if you didnt already know you cant burn dvds on a regular cd burner. you have to have a dvd burner.
