DVD shrink wont back up

Hello, I have a problem all the sudden with my DVD Shrink. The Decrypt backs up fine but the DVD Shrink sits there and eventually goes to No-response. It had been working fine! I have checked all the boxes, etc. and I frankly at am a loss. I have uninstalled, reinstalled it. still will not back up. Anyone help? Im not the most computer savy person but I know it WAS working and now will not back up a thing!
