MPEG2 with Ac3 audio How do i convert this to vob

I would like to take some mpeg2 moves that i have received from my Tivo when played on the tivo the pretty blue light come on the receiver. I would like to know if there is any program out there that will let me convert this mpeg2 file with ac3 to VOB to be copied over to dvdr. I have already used dvd workshop but i dont see the option for ac3 audio only PCM audio.
Any suggestions would be helpful. And before anyone ask I have a sound card with optical in/out and spidf in/out

yes.... yes you can

What you do is, mydvd works really well with this option, but you just take in the MPEG2 video and make the sound the audio track for that video, and sonic will line everything up for you and burn to a dvd.

creating a vob is not really how it is donw although it certainly can be performed that way, the only thing you will be doing is leaving yourself open to error.
