Help ripping s/wars phantom menace

ok, this one is doing my head-in. Ive ripped all to hard drive, ifoedited to two folders , got vts sectors etc etc blah blah, but i still get "this disk is not formatted to play in this region" msg when trying to play the disk with power dvd. Why is this ??? any other disc i have done i have had no RCE errors at all.

load all ifo's into ifo edit (one at a time) click on region free. see if that helps

tried that, i must admit im a bit baffled by this one. Up until now i have had few problem with any rip. Has anyone out there actually done the NTSC version of The Phantom Menace and had similar problems ?

i used dvddecrypter to rip all files to the hard drive
then ifoedited and split to 2 dvd's
ifoedited the lot again, which did detect a region 1 setting
in the video_ts.ifo, i saved the file after it was removed.Also
checked all other ifo's for RPC which were "clean".
did same for both disks, but im still getting that damn message
that the "disk is not formatted to play in this region"
even though im running it through Powerdvd xp and a pioneer ao4 (region free) dvd writer .

someone pleez explain.
