Problems creating chapter points in DVDit!

I've finally got everything setup in DVDit 2.5 PE, but when i try and creat chapter points, all it does is tell me that they must be 15 frames or more ahead of the current position. Also, when I try to fast forward it, nothing happens! What can i do to fix this? All other mpegs work fine...

A little more info would of great help.

For one you say all other MPEGS work fine ?

So am i to say that its only one MPEG you having problems with ?

To fast forward are u moving the little block across the time line ?

Please supply more info so people on here may help u out.
