TMPGEnc encoder (Adding files)

Hello

I have a small question. In TMPGEnc mpeg tools menu, when adding two mepg files ( Basically joining two files). I get an error message that one of the file is not compatible. I have tried encoding that file again with TMPGEnc with the same specs as the first file, but I still get the same message again and again. Any tips on this would be appreciated.

Re-encode BOTH files with identical settings...
