Please note that "rigital rigest" has deleted his earlier response here, which stated that IFOEdit could be used to generate such a VCD - which prompted my first response above...

Well then, IS there a way to make multi-language VCD's? I myself am quite intrigued, but dont think that it is possible...

u can make a cdr with all the contents of a vcd on it without
          having to encode the video
with menus and any streams you can supply
they play fine on pc's and my settop shows the first menu

screen but locks not sure about yours i guess thats the same as the mp3-dvd thing

Once again, your "response" doesn't appear to be in any way related to the original poster's question...

You're not being "slammed" (Nor were you "slammed" regarding the first posting which you discreetly deleted) - just being asked why you're posting something which does not appear to relate to the question...

The VCD standards do not support multi-stream audio (although SVCD does support dual audiostreams).

If you can find MPEG editing software that will, in the VCD mode, allow you to save a MONO audiostream in the left channel and a different MONO audiostream in the right channel, you'd be able to create a two language VCD. To the best of my knowledge, this cannot be accomplished with TMPGEnc.

Well then at least quote someone's question that youre answering to avoid confusion.
