    copy and burn a video_ts folder

    i am trying to copy a 3.7gb dvd backup i got, a vidoe_ts type
    first i copy the video_ts and the audio one onto my hd
    the using nero burn using a pioneer 105 dvd writer
    can i do this just as a data when i want the new copy still to work in my play station 2 cheer's

    yep just done it again 3 times now copyed it as i said.. and it won't worc in the play station .. the folders are on the disc it works on windvd on the pc ok and the original works in play station ???? why could this be??? cheer's

    If your VIDEO_TS folders size is only 3.7GB I would suggest you to use DVD Decrypter to store your DVD as image on your HD and then burn this image using DVD Decrypter. This is the best way to make the disc playable on your PS2.

      cheer's note that the origanal backup will work on ps2
      my video-ts is 3.74gb at wot point can i no longer do wot u say and wot should i do then many thank's james

          Here is the link to DVD Decrypters home.

          The Image-Read ==> Image-Write will only work if your DVD isn't larger then 4,3GB. DVD-/+R(W) can only hold up to 4.3GB of data.

          If your DVD is larger then 4.3GB you will need some more steps to make a backup of your DVD.

          IfoEdit is such a program to strip unwanted streams out...
          Then you can create an image and then you can burn that image...

          There are many good guides out there how to strip a DVD.

            cheer's every one i fixed it now in nero, i think it was right at the begining, do not select multi sesion also un check the juilet box later on

              please i need a direct link for ifoedit & dvddecrypter
              one i can cp into address bar. i cannot use link's that open another browser for some reason.
              i just took ages to find a direct link, dl both but they will not install
              is this because i moved and copyed the instaler's befor trying to install??!! cheer's
