    My First Dvdr Burn

First and for most thank you to each and every person that answered my threads, some of my question were (lame, if you are not a newbie)......i made my my first DVD backup. i burned XXX from a DVD to a DVDrw (i can't seems to erase it... but that is another thread.) I used the very easy and self explanatory srtice in the DVD Digest -DVD back up guide. ... I took me less than 30 minutes to read understand rip, copy burn a whole dvd using DVD Decrypter.... I am now trying to learn how to combine 2 svcd and burn them to one DVD... I will keep you all informed... Again thank you all very much

What I have done, is used Tmpegeng and gone into Mpeg Tools to join the two svdcs together, then, used spruceup to makle a dvd out of it.

no I didn't know that, I have made a DVD compliant file with it, but I have always had to use an authoring program to make the vob files.

Smart, I will give it a go 2morrow, how does it create the viodeo_ts.ifo files and get the VTS sectors in the correct order?

I will try it in the morning, too much beer now.

I'm not real sure but I think it should do it. Maybe it splits it up into it's own little chapters and makes it's own stuff I really don't know

Why post when you "really don't know" (and are wrong)?

Have a look at this Maestro guide or this Scenarist guide. (about $40000 grand for Scenarist)

Use TMPGEnc template to create your video stream.
Use Besweet to create your audio stream (ac3 or mpa)

Use Maestro or Scenarist to create your DVD.
There is a fair bit of reading to be done from guides.
