Movie file as a .bin file to dvd?

Hello,

I've got a movie saved as a .bin file and want to record it to my dvd.

I used Winiso to convert it to an .iso. I then used Nero to burn it to my dvd+r. When I placed it in my dvd player the message said to check disk.

Did I miss something in this process and if so, what?

1) Did you create the .BIN file or download it?

2) If you created it, what was the format of the video?

I downloaded the file in .rar format and I uncompressed it to .bin.
